President George W. Bush, a True Humanitarian...

The International Aids Conference has just ended in Washington, D.C., and no matter what your political opinion of former U.S. President George W. Bush, many heart felt thanks go out to his administration for pledging millions of dollars to "save the lives of Africans with HIV." In fact, no other American President have invested the time, dollars, and initiative in trying to eradicate the AIDS/HIV epidemic.
