Welcome to My Journey, I am Eunece V. Franklin, and this is "A Day in the Life of." I started my journey by "blogging" about my MBA pursuit (with an emphasis in Marketing). However, I have achieved that goal, and now invite you to follow me on my career journey. I am quite excited about the various opportunities that exist, and I would like to thank my parents, siblings, and friends, for their unwavering support. I invite you to follow me on this adventure as I continue to nourish my intellectual curiosity and open the doors for you to sneak a peek in, "A Day in the Life."

Nightmare in Colorado...and the Media!

Innocent souls, out on the town to enjoy a night at the movies, but interrupted due to an insane, self-prescribed "murdering joker" going off on a killing spree. To add insult to injury, the tragedy of the recent Aurora, Colorado shootings continue with the media's portrayal of shooter, James Holmes; "He was an honor student, a potential PhD candidate, an upperclassman born in San Diego, California." Really...what about the victims? I do not care to hear about how James Holmes, does not fit the profile. What is the profile of a killer? Does the media think you have to be ignorant and uneducated to murder? How naive! Enough already with the sensationalizing of this horrific story, and the MONSTER who murdered innocent people. That's right, he is a MONSTER, and there is nothing "sexy" about this story. In fact, I cast SHAME on the media outlets that prescribe to "yellow" journalism for the benefit of ratings...

"My heart felt prayer's go out to the victims and their families"
