Every year, we set lofty New Year's resolutions only to find after one or two months of flailing that subconsciously the alignment of change is unachievable. In fact, the three most popular resolutions are losing weight, stop smoking and earn more money. All of which, for most people, lack preparation, commitment, and action because of pressure, force, or fairytale. What to do? As Nike says, "Just Do It!" Here, is my opinion on how to turn a resolution into an execution, prepare the ground work and believe that all things are possible if one perseveres.
