Welcome to My Journey, I am Eunece V. Franklin, and this is "A Day in the Life of." I started my journey by "blogging" about my MBA pursuit (with an emphasis in Marketing). However, I have achieved that goal, and now invite you to follow me on my career journey. I am quite excited about the various opportunities that exist, and I would like to thank my parents, siblings, and friends, for their unwavering support. I invite you to follow me on this adventure as I continue to nourish my intellectual curiosity and open the doors for you to sneak a peek in, "A Day in the Life."

Southern Cooking...

Happy Friday! I love reading the New Yorker Magazine (online) with all its' posh and fan fair. However, with all due respect, your recent article on 'Southern Cooking' I have to take offense because of course I think my mom is the fabulous of fabulous when it comes to southern cooking. Lol...

Nevertheless, I'm sure the reader's will enjoy what chef Homer Sean Brock has conjured up. http://www.newyorker.com/

FYI...If you ever visit New Orleans and you have an opportunity to eat 'true southern cooking'; it's probably safe to say that if the person doing the cooking is named (Thelma, Gladys, Velma, or Bernadette), you're in for a real treat! Lol...
I'm just saying...BTW, my mom's name is Thelma (lol)...
Modification to post. Mom said, "Paula Dee can make  some tasty southern dishes too." Lol
