| 'Arsiak Vartenian' (proof that hard work and conviction pays off!)
Over six years ago, while working
as a real estate agent in Chicago, I met a young lady who would turn out to be
one of my dearest BFF's--Arsiak Vartenian. Arsiak, like me, embarked upon an
opportunity to work with real estate moguls with the goal of converting old
buildings into luxury condominiums. Needless to say, the challenge of ensuring
a positive net present value of the income stream from the property was
something that Arsiak and I had to consider in winning the business. Fast
forward to 2011 because of the economic crisis in 2008, which proved disastrous
for real estate investors and realtors, Arsiak and I made the tough decision to
transition into another industry. I decided to
follow my dream of attaining my MBA, with the distinct possibility of working
in management consulting. Arsiak, wanted to follow her passion of being an
on-air personality, so she went back to school to gain the knowledge and skill
set required. Arsiak, a beautiful, talented, and articulate young lady is
