“Leadership is having the courage and the vision to raise your voice, be heard, and acknowledge that what you speak, may not win you the popularity contest (EVF).” As such, working on my post graduate degree has taught me the importance of working on diverse teams and the unique leadership skills that must accompany. In fact, learning teams pose a rewarding, yet challenging forum to enhance your leadership skills. However, one must always beg the question: "Are you a leader, or are you being led?" What I have learned in project management is a greater appreciation for “time, tolerance, technique, and tact,” The 4’T’s. It’s funny because I learned about the 4’T’s as an undergraduate member of my sorority (lol). From my standpoint, “sometimes a lesson learned is more valuable than the lesson adjourned!”
