Welcome to My Journey, I am Eunece V. Franklin, and this is "A Day in the Life of." I started my journey by "blogging" about my MBA pursuit (with an emphasis in Marketing). However, I have achieved that goal, and now invite you to follow me on my career journey. I am quite excited about the various opportunities that exist, and I would like to thank my parents, siblings, and friends, for their unwavering support. I invite you to follow me on this adventure as I continue to nourish my intellectual curiosity and open the doors for you to sneak a peek in, "A Day in the Life."

What recession?

Apple Store in Chicago, Illinois

A very good friend and I decided to check out 'Borders' liquidation store on Clyburn & North Avenue today. We had heard that we could capitalize on 15-25% savings, and relished the idea of purchasing our favorite authors. We thought we might even check out the new Apple store across from Borders. However, to our amaze, we had forgotten that today, March 11, was the infamous release date of the Apple I pad two. The line was longer than I could imagine, and I suddenly had an epiphany... "what happens if Steve Jobs can no longer promote and market the ipad computer?" I ask the question: "is it wise of a company to devote its entire marketing strategies to one man's ideas?" It is if they're 'Steve Jobs ideas!'
Check out the genius, Steve Jobs...
