Out with the old, In with the new---

"Out with the old, In with the new---New Years Resolutions" - Success and happiness, which begin with finding your purpose. In doing so, supporting a cause and brainstorming to determine ones passion is reason enough to live. As such, when life seem to frustrate you, get out of your comfort zone by getting out of your way to make a monumental life-change. Furthermore, planning and preparation are paramount tools for any leader to LEAD!
