Today's marketplace is overcrowded, to say the least; so how does one begin to prosper in the era of
"Competition, Change, and Crisis." This was the topic of discussion, as I ate breakfast this morning with a dear friend that I trust, respect, and admire. He is somewhat camera shy, and did not want me to mention his name in the blog, but let us just say, he's very successful, a risk taker, and a well known investor/real estate developer in the Chicago (urban market)! In fact, when he tours the country on the speaker circuit, people listen, so when he suggested that I read a great marketing book by Jack Trout, of course I could not wait to download it on my iPad, and share the information.
