Silence Is Golden!

A Day in the Life of...Eunece V. Franklin, MBA

Today, I read an article about how the co-founder and Executive Chairman [Eric P. Lefkofsky] of Groupon, misspoke at a press conference about their IPO bid. In doing so, it sparked a bit of confusion with the SEC office, and investors, and damage control was quickly called in to relieve the pain in motion. As such, the company re-filed with the SEC, omitting any blooper's and blunder's this time!
