It is surprising how fast life can fly, and I cannot believe that we are half way through a 30-day month. As such, the spring season is underway, and it is time to reassess ones space. In doing so an uncluttered mind, body, spirit and space enables a fresh beginning. One of the things that I do when the season change is store all my winter clothes, and throw out whatever I am not using. More important, I like to refresh my skin care line too. I change my facial cleanser, moisturizer, and exfoliator regimen. In fact, I am a fan of facials because it renews and brightens the complexion. As such, you feel good, look good, and do well.
